C-5 Equals Max Capacity
The nose is lifted and the ramp is lowered May 12 on a C-5 Galaxy from Stewart Air National Guard Base, New York, at Hulman Field in Terre Haute, Ind. The C-5 is here in support of Exercise Ardent Sentry. Ardent Sentry is designed to hone coordination between the Department of Defense as well as federal, state, local and private agencies in a series of challenging scenarios ranging from natural disasters to terrorist incidents.
