Iranian Warships Exit the Suez Canal - Head Northeast Towards Syria

According to late breaking press reports, the Iranian Navy 1,500-ton patrol frigate Alvand and the 33,000-ton support ship the Khark, have cleared the Suez Canal and are in the Med heading northeast towards Syria.
