Air Force bids farewell to last active-duty C-130H cargo plane

C-130 Hercules aircraft of the 36th Airlift Squadron wait on the flightline Dec. 29 for their next mission. The 36th is the only forward-based tactical airlift squadron in the Pacific. The squadron conducts theater airlift, special operations, aeromedical evacuation, search and rescue, repatriation and humanitarian relief missions. Air Force bids farewell to last active-duty C-130H cargo plane: The last C-130H Hercules cargo plane in the active-duty Air Force bid sayonara to Japan on Monday.
