The FAA has a notice indicating that UHF Milair approach/departure freqs used by Bradley Intl (KBDL) and othes will be changing on May 9, 2009. Here is a lowdown on the changes:

269.3250 Hartford Brainard Airport CT (KHFD) Approach/Departure Control
269.3250 Meriden Markham Muni CT (KMMK) Approach/Departure Control
269.3250 Windham Airport CT (KIJD) Approach/Departure Control
Bradley Approach/Departure Control 281.5000, ex-325.8000
281.5000 Bradley International Airport CT (KBDL) Approach/Departure Control
281.5000 Barnes Municipal Airport MA (KBAF) Approach/Departure Control
281.5000 Northhampton MA (7B2) Approach/Departure Control
281.5000 Westover ARB/Metropolitan Airport MA (KCEF) Approach/Departure Control
Bradley Approach/Departure Control 290.5500, ex-348.3000

Again these changes will take effect on May 9, 2009.
