The Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation confirmed that, on Thursday, 18 September, during a sudden check combat readiness TSBs two strategic bombers Tu-95, taking off from an air base in Chukotka, worked according to plan tasks patrols over the waters of the Bering Sea and along the northern coast of Alaska.
