Complete USAF Thunderbirds Air Show Video Performance

If you have never attended a United States Air Force Thunderbirds air show performance and wonder what one is like, check out the one hour long You Tube video below. It was shot at the 2009 AirPower Over Hampton Roads air show performance by the team. It is excellent and very well done by airshowfansh.

Coast Guard hoists crewman from U.S. Navy submarine - video

ASTORIA, Ore. – The Coast Guard medically evacuated a crewmember from a U.S. Navy submarine off the coast of Washington on Tuesday.
The Navy contacted the Coast Guard at 5:50 p.m. to request assistance in transferring a crewmember to a hospital from the submarine.

Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, Ore., launched an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew to assist. The rescue helicopter arrived on scene at 7:12 p.m. and hoisted the crewmember by basket from the sail of the submarine.

The crewmember was transferred to Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Ore.

The first video was shot by the helicopter crew while the second is from the helicopter hoist camera.

Endeavor Launch



The Space Shuttle Endeavour lifted off March 11 with a retired U.S. Navy captain as its commander and three other servicemembers among the seven man crew.

Russian SU-30 Sukoi Jet Fighter Aerobatic Video

USA 193 was a new generation NRO Radar imaging satellite that was launched in December 2006 and failed within a few hours of its launch from the Western Test Range.
