Mystery Aircraft N570WE

Our friend Glen Hosey posted this missive to the Milcom group yesterday. "Had an interesting hit on my box this evening.  N570WE does not show as valid per FAA.  This aircraft departed Davison Army Airfield, Belvior, VA (KDAA) enroute to somewhere near Atlanta, GA this morning. Later, departed Philadelphia PA enroute to near Paris, TX. When I logged him he was flying at 38,000.
