Russian Military Comm Center Destroyed by Fire

"The Russian Radio Center northwest of the town of Lukhovitsy is believed to have been destroyed on the 29th of July by the forest and bush fires in the Kolomna district of Moscow. The radio center military unit в/ч 73802,г.Луховицы-3 1 УС ГШ ВС РФ (Luhovitsy-3 1 CSS General Staff of Russia), was in use for HF broadcasts to strategic nuclear forces."
